Is it better to buy a new motorcycle now cause the Bush economy is going bad and I may lose my job next year?

and credit is starting to tighten up, and if I still have a job by next spring, will I get the credit to buy a motorcycle
and with the rate of inflation, the price of new motorcycles will go up
I have the cash right now to buy a $12K bike
I was planning on buying a new bike next spring
or should I buy a new bike now?

if you have 12k in cash to buy a bike and you are concerned about not having a job next spring, i would take the idea of buying a bike off the front burner and be more concerned about everyday living expenses (for next year) if you did happen to lose your job. plus if you buy the bike and you lose your job like you’re expecting, you may have to sale the bike in a year for cheaper than what its worth because you are in need of cash, hence losing money.
